Issues of leadership are under the control of Dominions. Dominion angels work to insure that humans are happy and healthy under the leadership they have bestowed. They are very concerned with cause and effect. If you wish to access divine wisdom, ask the mediators, the Dominions. Dominions will help you create or improve existing projects.

The Dominions - the highest ranking angels on the second sphere, as far as i know and have researched. Dominions act as the superior of those angels that are discussed earlier. Dominions give order to the Principalities - thus making the Dominions an observer or an eyewitness of whatever is happening to their "section". If I will be asked to look for a certain thing that will resemble the duties of the Dominions, I might say that they are most likely the alarm clocks that we use, or any profession that is constantly reminding us if we're still connected to our server (God), and therefore always looking after us. Am not still finished yet with the topics about angels, but as of the moment, am beginning to ask myself, of all angels and God, precisely, that go after our welfare, then why some can't we see their blessing... THEY ARE OVERFLOWING...

The "Dominions" (lat. dominatio, plural dominationes, also translated from the Greek term kyriotites as "Lordships") are presented as the hierarchy of celestial beings "Lordships" in the De Coelesti Hierarchia. The Dominions, also known as the Hashmallim, regulate the duties of lower angels. It is only with extreme rarity that the angelic lords make themselves physically known to humans. They are also the angels who preside over nations.
The Dominions are believed to look like divinely beautiful humans with a pair of feathered wings, much like the common representation of angels, but they may be distinguished from other groups by wielding orbs of light fastened to the heads of their scepters or on the pommel of their swords. A Dominion is rarely seen without a sword at his or her side.
Metaphorically, human beings are in communication with a "heavenly grid." It is when we break away from the grid that is rooted in the subconscious that we run into difficulties. Dominions' principal function is to manage that grid.
Since this is the case, Dominions are the first to know when a human being is in trouble because he or she has lost contact with communications from the Presence, communications that carry with them a sense of individual purpose, belonging, and, most of all, a sense of the individual's importance in the universe's overall progress toward intelligent, genuine love.

Dominions, in addition, seem to be in charge of passing on mission plans to angels of lower rank, much like master sergeants might be in charge of organizing and directing soldiers of lower rank.
