"ANGELS of the THIRD SPHERE - CHRISTIAN HIERARCHY"

Sometime during the 6th century, Donysius the Areopagite recorded what is believed to be the first written account on the hierarchy of Angels. It is commonly believed that Angels have never known a human incarnation. Spirit guides, however, have had at least one incarnation in human form.

""IT IS NOT KNOWN PRECISELY WHERE ANGELS DWELL - WHETHER IN THE AIR, THE VOID, OR THE PLANETS. IT HAS NOT BEEN GOD'S PLEASURE THAT WE SHOULD BE INFORM OF THEIR ABODE. ~ VOLTAIRE"

PA:
Like here on earth, I once wondered why is heaven peaceful, despite of so many angels. As i do some research, maybe a bit shallow, I was caught in awe when I have read that they have their own "management" up there. Angels, collectively, can be furthered classified according to which sphere they dwell. Those "heavenly beings" whose main obligation is to deliver message, and are dedicated with the dealings and relationships of those here on earth (physical world) are those who we coin as "angels".

CI:
The "angels", (malakhim Greek angělǒs) messengers, are the lowest order of the angels, and the most recognized. They are the ones most concerned with the affairs of living things. Within the category of the angels, there are many different kinds, with different functions. The angels are sent as messengers to mankind.

The theological study of angels is known as Angelology. In art, angels are often depicted with wings; perhaps reflecting the descriptions in Revelation 4:6-8 -- of the Four Living Creatures (τὰ τέσσαρα ζῷα) and the descriptions in the Hebrew Bible -- of cherubim and seraphim (the chayot in Ezekiel's Merkabah vision and the Seraphim of Isaiah). However, while cherubim and seraphim have wings in the Bible, no angel is mentioned as having wings.
